Upcoming Events ***********************************************************

The 2017 Chiefs Family Tailgate will be on Sunday, September 24 at IWerx, Features - iWerx, 1520 Clay Street in North Kansas City, Mo. This is a family event so bring everyone.  There will be virtual reality games and a giant big screen TV to watch the Chiefs beat the Chargers.  Hotdogs, burgers and other tailgate food and beverages will be provided.  The game starts at 3:25 central time and doors will open at 2:00.  Click here for a map to the location.

The 2017 Christmas Lunch and Business Meeting is tentatively scheduled for noon on December 6th at the River Club.   Check back for details.

Monthly Meetings

Our monthly business meeting and social event is held on the first Monday of each month, at 12:00 noon at Stroud’s.  Please join your brothers in planning the business of the association.  All alumni of SAE are welcome.  Stroud’s Fairway,  4200 Shawnee Mission Parkway,  Fairway, KS 66205  Map

An additional “social” meeting is held on the third Monday of each month a O’Neill’s Restaurant and Bar, 9417 Mission Road. Arrive around 11:30-a.m. NO reservations — plenty of chairs available. O’Neill’s is on the east side of Mission Road north of the familiar McDonald’s at 95th and Mission Road. Chapter Eternal

With great sadness we note the passing of brother William Scroggin of Leawood, Kansas.  He was 89, EA of Mo. Alpha, Captain of the Golf Team and Exec. VP of Price Candy Co. The full obituary can be found here.
